Payment, Delivery, Returns
CUSTOMERS IN AUSTRALIAWe deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total, unless shipping costs are already accounted for in the cost of the product. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries, once they have left our Head Office. St Mark’s National Theological Centre will send your products to the exact address entered by the purchaser when the order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or your failure to accept a delivery (i.e. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.
Pick Up OptionIf you live in Canberra and the surrounding region, you may pick up your parcel during office hours 9:00am to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays from reception.
When entering your shipping address details, you may opt to pick up your package. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Please note that if your order is not responded to or is not collected within a month of your confirmation email regarding pick up times, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSPlease note that all prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars.
Please note that your product will be sent the cheapest way (airmail) They will not be tracked or insured. However, if you would like to track them you must contact our Head Office when you place an order to get it tracked and insured.
St Mark’s National Theological Centre cannot be held responsible for lost parcels via post if your package is not insured. If you wish to insure your parcel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITYEvery effort is made to ensure items that are displayed on the website are available for purchase. If we are unable to supply a product for whatever reason after payment is received, we will contact you in writing and by phone as soon as possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONSSt Mark’s National Theological Centre accepts Credit Card payments (processed via eWay, bank transfers, cash, and cheques.
Products paid for via Bank Transfers and cheque will be sent upon money received in account – up to 5 business days.
Refund / Replace / Change of Mind Policy / Products Missing from Order
If you find your products are not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Exchanges are only given if the item is unused with all packaging still intact. Items opened and out of original packaging cannot be refunded.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. St Mark’s will charge an extra delivery fee, for all items exchanged.
There is no refund or exchange for sale items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. A replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we have either
· received the faulty return, in which case we will refund the cost of postage upon receiving the faulty product, or
· received and acknowledged a photo of the damaged product. If the product cannot be immediately replaced due to being out of stock, the product item amount will be refunded.
We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
All discrepancies with orders received must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the order. After 7 days, St Mark’s reserves the final right to determine if orders with discrepancies will be addressed at our discretion.
