Suzanne started her career in the Department of Juvenile Justice, working as a Juvenile Justice Officer. It was from there that she developed an interest in counselling from which she pursued training in a holistic approach to Christian Counselling. Suzanne has over 27 years’ experience in counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, and as a counselling educator. Suzanne has sought to stay current by training in non-traditional therapies, such as, EMDR therapy. Integrating psychology and faith has been a continual pursuit for Suzanne. She has written about integrating Christianity and Emotion-Focused Therapy as well as co-authoring a spirituality workshop through an Emotion-focused lens, offered at PACFA, 2014. Suzanne is a keen musician and composer. She is married to Colin and has 4 adult children.
