Payment, Delivery & Returns

Customers in Australia

Payment options

St Mark’s National Theological Centre accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (processed securely via eWay)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash
  • Cheque

Please note that orders paid via bank transfer or cheque will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared, which may take up to 5 business days.

All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping and delivery

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that all orders are sent by standard airmail.  Parcels are not automatically tracked and insured. If you would like your parcel insured and/or tracked, please contact us before placing your order.

St Mark’s National Theological Centre is not responsible for lost parcels unless tracking or insurance has been requested and paid for.

Delivery responsibility

St Mark’s sends products to the exact address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,
  • failure to collect a delivery after notification,

you will be required to pay additional postage to have the order resent.

Pick-up option

Customers in Canberra and surrounding regions may choose to pick up their order from our office during business hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

To use this option:

  • Select “Pick-up” during the checkout process.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

If an order is not collected within one month of notification, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Product availability

We make every effort to ensure products listed on our website are in stock. If, after payment, a product becomes unavailable:

  • We will contact you via email and/or phone as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Change of mind or incorrect product

If your item is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Additional shipping costs apply for replacement or exchanged items.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Faulty or damaged goods

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Provide a replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Offer a refund of the item amount if it cannot be replaced.

You must either:

  • Return the faulty product to us (we will reimburse return postage upon receipt), or
  • Send us a clear photo showing the damage.

Final determination on product faults rests with St Mark’s National Theological Centre.

Missing or incorrect items

All order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
After this period, St Mark’s reserves the right to determine whether and how the issue will be resolved.
