If you completed a VET course through St Mark’s RTO, you may request copies of your academic documents—including your transcript, testamur, or statement of attainment—by submitting the form below.

If you enrolled in a course through Charles Sturt University, you will need to request your academic documents directly from the university. St Mark’s can only issue copies of documents for VET courses delivered through its RTO, not for courses offered by Charles Sturt University.
