Geoff Broughton is an Australian pioneer in the fields of Pastoral and Reflective Supervision with thirty years of ministry experience within the Anglican Church. Geoff is the Deputy Director of St Mark’s National Theological Centre, the Associate Professor of Practical Theology for Charles Sturt University, the Principal of Pastoral Supervision Australia and Reflective Supervision Australia, an Associate of The Institute of Pastoral Supervision and Reflective Practice, and previously the vice president of AAOS (Australasian Association of Supervision). Extensive experience in both the Anglican Church and the university sectors and schools; working with senior leaders and teams, facilitating a wide range of group reflection and leadership development and is author of the first Australian book in pastoral supervision published by Routledge in 2020 and co-author of the first Australian book in reflective supervision published by Cambridge in 2025.
