About: For over 30 years I have walked alongside Christian leaders at the coal face in diverse roles and contexts, developing ministry partnerships that enable fruit, faithfulness, joy and longevity. I have been in supervision (Pastoral) since 2019 and work with dozens of supervisees across multiple denominations and cultures in English and Mandarin.
