Graham sees supervision as an opportunity for reflective evaluation and transformative work, resulting in professional growth, enhanced self-awareness, and self-care. Graham has an excellent understanding of chaplaincy, pastoral care, relationships, diversity, grief and loss, critical incident support and mental health. Graham brings to supervision a wealth of experience as a workplace, aged care, and police chaplain. He has also worked as a teacher, principal, pastoral care minister, and mental health first aid instructor.
