About: Over the past 15 years I have gained insight and experience into a broad range of ministry situations. As an ordained Baptist minister I have served in small & larger multi-congregation churches, in roles that include sole, associate & lead pastor. I have experience in supervision, mentoring, facilitating retreat groups, working in cross-cultural settings as well as training in consultancy, church health, and a background in nursing.
